Is this a good Healthy diet/ Weight loss plan?
Is this a good Healthy diet/ Weight loss plan? Okay, i'm 16 and i want to lose some weight. i made this meal plan, and i don't know if it will work to make me loose weight. so tell me, is this good? what would you add or change to make me loose weight faster? Meal 1- Oatmeal and Orange Juice Meal 2- Yogurt Meal 3- Baby Bell and a Cesar salad with Crystal light Meal 4- Crystal light and Half an apple with Grapes Meal 5- Granola bar Meal 6- Chicken wrap and a Side salad Is there too much fat? will i lose weight!! ohh yea and any tips would be helpful!

How can a 14 year old girl loose weight fast ?
I'm 14, 5'2 and 120 pounds. I want to be around at least 105 pounds again. I'm starting to eat healthy again but it's hard cause my mom just buys me junk food and like makes me eat it, meanwhile she's telling me I need to start counting calories and watch what I eat. But I think the main problem is, I can never tell if I'm hungry or full. I just eat and eat all the time or go without eating for hours. How can I get back on track with my eating habits and loose weight?

What exercises will help me loose weight fast?
K so I love food.. I mean I hate it when I don't eat. Right now I weigh 173 and I have gone a a crash diet before that made me loose 10 pounds in a week and 2 pant sizes. I really want to loose weight the right way but I don't really have money for a healthy diet or Jim, so if u could tell me some exercises I can do at home that will help me loose weight fast.. That would be awesome. Because right now I want to lose weight fast but I don't want to give up food and loose muscle.

SCH events aim to get obese people up and about this year
