Hi I do 60 minutes of Gym Bike cardio each day at around 87-100 rpm, I do four 15 minute intervals each day, and I have a 2 minute rest in between, I lose approximately 500 calories each session, and I eat about 1900 calories each day, I weigh 93kg and I would like to lose the fat on my stomach, by 4 months to be able to become suitable to be a footballer, I would like to know am I doing things right, or do I need to increase intensity or eat less calories? I have firmed up a bit, but am very disappointed in my weight loss. I also eat a very well balanced diet with no soda, very little sugar, high fiber, lean protein, fruits veggies and no fast food.
